William J. Iselin knew the land and plantations around the Low Country, when he opened his first real estate office in 1976. Willy has owned plantations and islands in the Charleston area, has worked them and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and life on the water here most of his life. Willy worked for a local commercial real estate firm in Charleston before opening his own firm in 1986. He later expanded to residential/commercial in 1989 when Dana Iselin joined the company. Since that time the company has had the good fortune to remain relatively small with a few experienced agents. The Realtors in the company enjoy forming close personal relationships with their customers and clients. With their thorough knowledge of the Charleston area they will guide you through the process of finding the home or property that meets your needs or dreams. Each agent has strong points in different areas. While bigger may seem better, this company and it's agents take the opposite approach to make sure your experience in real estate is a smooth and pleasant event. When working with the Wm. Iselin Co., whether it be historic homes, plantations, waterfront, vacant land, or whatever your needs, you will have the benefit of several agents working for you.
